Scarlett is an Assistant Project Manager with Marathon Construction & Development who works with the construction project management team.

Scarlett’s bachelor's degree in architecture gave her access to a sizable sector of the construction industry, which gave her the chance to work there and helped her discover her new interest in project management. 

The artistic and architectural components of overseeing construction projects have always been her favorite aspects. Despite having an architectural degree and experience working in a studio, she has never had to deal with project management. This realization made her understand that  project management is the type of work that truly fulfills her. She takes great delight in seeing her client's faces when they view their finished work. She possesses a gift for building relationships and developing trust with coworkers, clients, and subcontractors

Originally from Lima Peru, Scarlett moved to the United States where she earned a Master Degree in International Business from Hult International Business School.
