Marathon Construction & Development Announces Partnership with WIM4Life to Bring Wellness Resources to Residents

Boston, Mass. – Marathon Construction & Development, a longtime leader in construction and development across New England, has partnered with WIM4Life to expand access to practical, resident-focused wellness programming within Marathon’s housing communities. 

The partnership will launch first at The Flynn, Marathon’s pioneering development in South Providence, serving as the flagship community to feature the WIM4Life program alongside physical wellness spaces, including a full, on-site fitness facility and dedicated community room.

Through the partnership, residents will have access to the WIM4Life platform, which provides curated wellness resources across three core areas: research-backed insights covering mind, body, beauty and healthy living; guided meditations and wellness tools; and personalized one-on-one coaching designed to help residents build sustainable habits.

As part of the program, residents will receive access to a premium four-month, one-on-one coaching program at no cost during the first year of their lease, with ongoing coaching available afterward at a preferred reduced rate.
